PRIVATE & SEMI PRIVATE TRAINING
Workout 1 on 1 With One Of Our Professional Trainers Whom Will Follow A Customized Plan To Help Your Child Reach Their Goals. For All Ages & Skill Levels. We Focus On Our Core Fundamentals: Ball Handling, Shooting, Footwork, Finishing & IQ.
We Also Offer Small Groups of 2-4 Kids For Semi Private Training With The Same Goal & Aim In Mind.
GROUP TRAINING
We provide a fun and competitve setting to incorporate skills training amonst peers as well as competition , providing game like application following skill development. We also integrate basketball specific strength and conditioning training into our group sessions. We provide the following group sessions on a weekly basis:
Sunday - 3:30pm-5:30 pm
This is our most inclusive group which is open to all age and skill levels. We divide the kids up into elementry and middle and high school groups. After our warm up together , each group is split up and they each will get 45 min sessions of strength training and skills training on the court.
Tuesday - 7pm-9pm
This is our specialized group for all middle school athletes. This includes one hour of strength training and one hour of skills training & competition on the court.
Wednesday 8pm-9pm
This is our specialized group for all high school athletes. This includes one hour of skill training and competition.
CAMPS
We offer a multitude of camps throughout the school year and summer to provide an outlet for our athletes to work on their basketball skills, socialize with their peers and amongst all have some fun during a school break. Our camps are open to ages 7-18 years old. All of our camps run from 8am-4pm.

CLINICS
For those looking for specialized skill training we offer the following clinics on a weekly basis:
Little Dribblers:
This clinic is designed for our young dribblers aged 3-7rs old whom are wanting to learn the basic fundamentals of ball handling & develop a love for bouncing the basketball. This class will assist each and every little baller with the tools to become a great dribbler. We will enhance their coordination, timing, patience, and confidence in dribbling the basketball.

Shooting University:
We offer this clinic strictly for players who want to improve their shooting, whether they're just starting out and want to learn the fundamental mechanics of a jump shot as well as advanced players whom are wanting to focus on improving their shooting skills.
All age and skill levels welcomed.
Ball Handling Bootcamp
This clinic is designed to piggy back off of the Little Dribblers clinics and used to continue to polish and hone in on your ball handling skills as you advance as a player. We welcome all athletes 8-18+ years old.
